View and download reports
Find participant and 360 PDFs and distinguish them from data exports and API-only reporting.
Datatrap can produce PDFs from assessment results. Availability depends on scoring, the report type, and your access.
Participant assessment reports
Before collection, open the assessment's Overview. In the Settings card, link a Scoring blueprint, then select Preview report in the PDF report for participants row to check the report. Configure the blueprint's report text and translations as well as the questions.
To offer a report when someone finishes, turn on PDF report for participants on the assessment's Overview (it then reads Download), and the required PDF delivery options on the wave. Email delivery is set on each wave. See Offer a PDF report. The participant can then download the report, request email delivery, or both, according to those settings. See Participant results.
In the organisation Portal, open Participants, select a person and the relevant wave, and select Download PDF report. A missing blueprint or unavailable scores can prevent a report from being generated.
360 reports
In the Console, open the 360 assessment. In the assessment header, open the Report menu and select Results. Find a completed subject and select Report in its row. The Console report is an on-screen view; it has no PDF download button. A 360 PDF can be generated through the API. Both leave out groups that are too small to keep anonymous, and both show only approved comments.
Participants view their own 360 results in My360 and can use Print / PDF to print or save the page through their browser. See 360 results and development plans.
Cohort reporting
Through the API, a cohort report returns data, not a PDF. Datatrap has no cohort PDF and no Console button for one. Use the Portal cohort page for on-screen progress and impact analysis, or an authorised integration for the structured report data.
Before sharing
Check the person, cohort, wave, language, and branding. Review whether the recipients should receive individual results or only group findings. A report is a snapshot; later rescoring or moderation can change what the application shows.
