Review 360 feedback
See your organisation's 360 group results in Insights. Individual 360 reports come from your training partner.
Your organisation's 360 results are in Insights. The Portal shows group results for each 360 assessment, not a report for each person. For an individual person's 360 report, ask your training partner.
Open 360 group results
- In the sidebar, select Insights.
- Select the assessment marked 360 feedback.
- Use the tabs to review the results.

| Overview | How many people took part, and a summary of how self-ratings compare with ratings from others. |
| Gap analysis | The difference between self-ratings and others' ratings, by dimension. |
| Rater breakdown | Average ratings from each rater group, such as managers or peers, by dimension. |
| By module | Results for each section of the assessment. |
| Open text | A word cloud from the written answers. |
If the page says No responses yet, no feedback has been collected for this assessment so far.
Why some groups are missing
To protect raters' anonymity, Datatrap leaves out an anonymous rater group with fewer raters than the campaign's anonymity threshold. A missing group is not a score of zero, and it does not show who did or did not give feedback.
What your training partner manages
Your training partner sets up 360 campaigns, sends invitations and reminders, reviews written comments, and produces individual 360 reports. Contact them if a campaign is missing from Insights, or if you need a report for a particular person.
