Join an Open Floor session

Open the session link or scan the QR code displayed by the facilitator. You do not need a Datatrap account.

1. While the session is active, enter your contribution.
2. Choose Question or, if comments are enabled, Comment.
3. Add your name only if you want to include it, then select Submit.
4. Use the vote control on an entry to support a question or comment you want the group to discuss.

If moderation is enabled, a contribution may wait for approval before appearing. The facilitator can hide, pin, or mark entries as answered. Avoid including personal or confidential information on a shared board.

When the session closes, it stops accepting new submissions. If the link does not work or your contribution is missing, ask the facilitator to check the session status and moderation queue.
