Do participants need an account?
Ordinary assessment participants use a public link without an account. A 360 participant or rater uses a personal email link to sign in without a password. See Participant help.
Can I edit an assessment after people answer?
Responses lock the assessment. Authorised users can unlock it when no campaign restriction prevents this, but changing questions can affect comparability. For revised scoring, see Change a blueprint.
Where do I see responses instead of feedback settings?
For an Assessment or Quiz, the Feedback tab sets up the feedback participants read when they finish. Use Analytics or a wave dashboard to inspect responses. On a 360, Results in the Report menu opens reports and moderation. See Find responses and results.
Why is a PDF unavailable?
Participant PDFs need a blueprint, PDF report for participants turned on in the assessment's Overview, and the relevant wave delivery setting. See Reports.
How long is a link valid?
Team account invitations expire after 7 days. Personal 360 sign-in links are single-use and normally expire after 72 hours. Public wave links depend on activation and the wave's dates. See Sign in.
Can I resume on another device?
No. Answers are saved in the browser on the device you started on, and they're kept if you close the tab. To continue, open the same link in the same browser. See Take an assessment.
Does a large effect size prove the programme worked?
No. It describes the size of an observed difference relative to score variation. Review the sample, missing responses, and other possible explanations. See Analyse results.
Can I control my training partner's data access?
Yes, if you're a client admin. In the Portal, go to Settings and choose an Access level: Full access, Aggregated only, or No access. See Data access and privacy.
Are certificates, branching, or custom domains available?
No. Datatrap does not issue completion certificates, skip questions based on earlier answers, or support custom domains. See What Datatrap does not do.
Can I connect another tool?
Use an API key for an integration or the Claude connector for supported assistant operations.
