What Datatrap does not do

Check what isn't available in Datatrap before you plan around it, and what to do instead.

Sign up online	Datatrap sets up accounts for you. Contact your Datatrap administrator for a new account.
Sign in with single sign-on	Sign in with your email address and password.
Skip questions based on an earlier answer	Every participant sees the sections in the same order. Use a separate assessment for each group that needs different questions.
Continue an assessment on another device	Answers are saved in the browser on the device where they started. Finish on the same device and browser.
Issue completion certificates	Datatrap doesn't issue certificates. Use your own certificate process.
Use your own web address	Datatrap doesn't support custom domains. You can add your branding to emails and reports; see Brand emails and reports.
Set a quiz pass mark in the Console	Set it through the API, as a percentage from 0 to 100.
Download a 360 report as a PDF from the Console	Read the report on screen, generate a PDF through the API, or ask the participant to use Print / PDF in My360.
Download a cohort report as a PDF	Use the cohort page in the Portal, or export the response data.
Choose whether an export includes scores or archetypes	The Dimension scores and Archetype assignments options don't change the file. Check the columns in the downloaded file.
See pulse results or individual 360 reports in the Portal	The Portal shows 360 group results in Insights. Ask your training partner for individual reports and pulse results.
Export, correct, or erase personal data from the Portal	Ask your training partner; see Request access, correction, or erasure.
